Gen AI Lead London / Hybrid We’re seeking a Gen AI Lead to shape, design, and deliver cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This is a senior role where you’ll combine technical expertise with leadership, taking projects from concept through to production while helping to define the future of AI innovation. What you’ll be doing: Leading on Generative AI solution design and development Researching and implementing new methodologies and approaches Driving projects from design, through proof of concept, into production Developing and delivering data science solutions using diverse data sources Leading stakeholder management and resolving issues across project work Sourcing and engineering data to support data science activities Ensuring all work is documented, quality assured, and aligned with governance Who we’re looking for: Degree in statistics, computer science, data science, or equivalent experience Strong experience handling high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail Knowledge of a wide range of Generative AI models and techniques Conceptual understanding of large language models (LLMs) Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and AI development Experience with cloud-native tools on Azure and AWS Familiarity with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with clear communication skills The Package: Competitive salary + excellent benefits Hybrid working model (London base with flexibility) Chance to lead pioneering Generative AI initiatives at scale Career development and progression in a high-growth environment Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on innovation To hear more about this role, get in touch today.
