Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong legal background to test and validate our AI-powered legal assistant model. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of the legal information provided by the AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the performance of the AI legal assistant, focusing on the accuracy and quality of its responses.
• Monitor, document, and analyze any issues or inconsistencies, providing detailed feedback to improve model performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation to standardize testing protocols, track findings, and measure improvements.
• Source relevant legal questions from various online forums and communities.
• Test collected questions using the AI model, validate responses, and ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
• Proofread and sanitize all AI-generated responses to ensure they meet quality standards before posting.
• Publish validated answers on forums to drive engagement and visibility.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or similar roles, preferably with AI or tech products.
• Strong legal knowledge or background, such as experience in law, legal research, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and effective engagement in online communities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in creating and managing QA documentation and reports.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple online platforms.
• Reliable power backup and high-speed internet connection to support remote work.
• Willingness to overlap with U.S. working hours for effective collaboration.
