Enterprise HRSD Technical Architect
• Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD technical expert to join our team as an Enterprise HRSD Technical Architect. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR technology architecture, cross-platform integrations, and enterprise HR workflows. This role requires deep technical understanding of ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and security models, as well as working knowledge of Workday Extend and integration frameworks between ServiceNow and Workday.
The architect will play a key role in advising the technical feasibility, security implications, and architectural strategy for optimizing ServiceNow, enabling coexistence with Workday, or migrating to Workday as a primary HR platform.
