Job Description

We are an Aluminium fabrication business based in North Brisbane. With over 25 years of experience specialising and providing high quality balustrades, gates, fencing, screens & covers to the residential & commercial market.

Due to expansion, we are currently searching for an experience Aluminium Welder / Fabricator, who may be available for 1-2 days per week as a subcontractor.

As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of high-quality aluminium products to support our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Perform fabrication of aluminium fencing, gates, balustrading, screens and components to a high standard.
Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to fabricate aluminium components and structures
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting quality and safety requirements
Operate a variety of power tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
Performing assembly and installation of aluminium products at customer sites as required.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Aluminium Welder / Fabricator, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and principles
Strong proficiency to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficient in the use of welding equipment, power tools, and other fabrication machinery
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
