Com/ CA Inter Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience on SAP Location: Mumbai CTC – 7 to 8 LPA Job Description: · Manage financial operations of Trust and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices under the supervision of Project Manager · Prepare, analyze and track budgets, utilization & expenses of CSR projects ensuring full adherence to SoPsunder the supervision of Project manager · Managing vendors, bidding process, procurement and payments to vendors as per the SOPs · To maintain books of accounts including cash management, contractual payroll and expenses, financial disbursements, payment receipts and vouchers · To ensure CSR expenses are recorded appropriately on a Monthly/Quarterly basis against spend vs. budget and monitor expenditure · To provide inputs on TDS applicability and prepare documentation related to it · Monitor expenditures under program/project budgets are being utilized appropriately by the close of the fiscal year · Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for projects undertaken by Trust and CSR department · Responsible for obtaining approvals from Project Managers on relevant financial activities as per policy and procedures · Assist in preparation of statutory compliance documents as per Charity Commissioner office, Income Tax office and audit requirements · Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax, Professional Tax and TDS returns as per trust reporting requirements as applicable · Assist in financial and statutory audit of CSR spends including preparation of financial statements & relevant MIS, timely provision of required documents, information & reports. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Technical Competencies Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Tally/SAP is a must Preferably working knowledge of trust related compliances and CSR rules and spends 2.
