Job description, work day and responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:
• Identify and engage potential banking clients for software testing services
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
• Understand client pain points and present tailored testing solutions to enhance their digital transformation journey
• Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in banking institutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth in the BFSI segment
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in BFSI sales, specifically in software testing services for banking
• The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, generate leads, and drive sales opportunities within the banking and financial services sector
• Experience working with banking clients for QA/testing services
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks

Mandatory Skills:
• Exposure to Fintech solutions and regulatory requirements in BFSI
• Present, demonstrate, and promote solution and services to financial institutions
• Participate in RFP’s, RFI’s, Tenders for Banking institutions
• Participate in BFSI, NASSCOM and Fintech events
• 3-5 years in BFSI Sales, preferably in Software Testing Services
