We’re hiring an Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of client relationships and Amazon account performance. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and wants to grow into a high-impact operator in the Amazon ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and responsible for driving account success end-to-end across a portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 6–10 brands on Amazon
Own day-to-day management of Amazon accounts (primarily Seller Central)
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage relationships
Lead weekly client meetings to review performance, priorities, and strategy
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams across:
Advertising / PPC
SEO & keyword strategy
Catalog & listing optimization
Inventory & forecasting
Creative and content initiatives
Monitor account health, sales trends, conversion rates, and performance metrics
Identify growth opportunities and proactively propose action plans
Ensure tasks are executed and projects stay on track across teams
Communicate updates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Help improve internal processes and systems as we scale
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is organized, proactive, and hungry to develop into a top-tier Amazon operator.
Required Qualifications:
2–3 years of Amazon Seller Central experience (required)
Strong understanding of Amazon account management fundamentals
Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
Confident running client calls and managing expectations
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize
Must be US-based and authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience working at an Amazon agency or managing multiple brands
Familiarity with Amazon PPC / advertising strategy
Experience with inventory planning and forecasting
Experience with tools like Helium 10, Sellerboard, Keepa, Pacvue, etc.
