Customer Service Associate
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for Voice and Chat process for all the below mentioned locations:
Job Locations: Jaipur
Candidates located only in the above mentioned locations are eligible for this opportunity (Candidate from other locations can also apply if they are willing to relocate to the above mentioned location).
Candidate should be also comfortable to work from office post the pandemic situation.
Shifts: 247 Shift (Should be comfortable to work any + hours a day including Night shift with 2 consecutive rotational week offs.
Salary Range:
Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Mangalore and Lucknow: 1.6+ LPA to 2 LPA
Pune: 2 LPA to 2.3 LPA
Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package:
Zeta Meal Card – INR 1100/month i.e. 13,200/- PA
Health insurance benefit 5 LPA
Night Shift Allowance – INR 150/Night
Overtime Allowance as per company policy
Internet Allowance (Only work from home) – upto INR 1250
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification is 10+2 pass & any graduate can also apply.
Must be fluent in English communication and willing to work in night shift
