This position is fully remote, with very rare in-person court appearances required if matters go to trial. In such cases, having some form of transportation to court is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Representation: Advocate for clients in court or before government agencies, ensuring their interests are effectively represented.
• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements, tailored to clients' needs.
• Client Advisory: Provide insightful advice to clients on business and legal transactions, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes.
• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their legal needs and provide expert guidance.
• Settlement Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate settlements for legal disputes, striving for resolutions that best serve our clients' interests.
• Compliance: Ensure that all actions and documents comply with current legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professional integrity.
• Practice Management: Handle essential administrative and management tasks, contributing to the smooth operation and efficiency of the practice.
Qualifications:
• California Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the California Bar.
