Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads for ambulance services, building strong relationships with hospitals, corporates, and emergency partners, and achieving monthly sales targets and driving service outreach.
You will also manage client onboarding, coordination, and retention, collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless service delivery, prepare and present MIS reports, sales data, and forecasts, oversee staff rosters, grooming, and grievance redressal, and handle client relations and service-level compliance.
