My client is leading Music label brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounting for Foreign Subsidiaries:
•Maintain accurate books of accounts for overseas subsidiaries.
•Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IndAS reporting requirements.
•Coordinate with foreign teams for timely financial closures.
2. Consolidation & IndAS Financial Reporting:
•Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IndAS.
•Handle intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and adjustments.
•Ensure proper accounting treatment for foreign currency transactions and consolidations.
3. Investor & Management Reporting:
•Prepare quarterly investor presentations, including financial highlights, key ratios, and business performance analysis.
•Assist in drafting board presentations and management reports.
4. Annual Report Preparation:
•Lead the preparation of the Annual Report, ensuring compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and IndAS.
•Coordinate with auditors, legal, and internal teams for disclosures and finalization.
5. Audit & Compliance:
•Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit processes.
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate laws.
