Job Summary:As a Customer Support Representative at American Airlines in Jamaica, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient assistance to passengers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering support across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
