• Experience in Tally
• Multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities
• Ensure Maintenance of Books of Accounts
• Coordinating with Business Heads to Ensure Monthly Revenue & Cost recorded in books of accounts completely.
• Ensure your subordinates passing all entries appropriately in books of accounts on daily/timely manner.
• Preparing Actual Financials data by Legal Entity for Monthly MIS covering :
• P&L
• Cash Flow
• Tax Assessments & Returns
• Managing cash flow and periodic cash flow reporting
• Monthly GST Payments / Returns GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B
• GST Audit
• 24Q / 27Q TDS Monitoring Quarterly TDS Returns, 26AS Reconciliations
• Monitor Revenue, Bill booking and Receivable Management
• Tracking Outstanding Receivables and remind Business for collection
• Monitor Vendor Payments and reconciliations
• Monitor Regular Bank Reconciliations
• Monitor Related Party Transaction regularly
• Ensure monthly Inter-Company Reconciliation
• Ensure optimum usage of Funds
• Monthly Provisions for Cost wherever needed
• Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors
• Tax Audit / Tax Planning
