Job Description
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will support our teams in the development and execution of strategies by providing category data and insights. You will get involved in stakeholder communications and maintaining relationships with multiple business functions.

This role is a 10-month contract.
What You’ll Do
In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive financial performance, category growth, and better decision-making across the business.
Business Intelligence
Provide expertise and practical assistance in the ad hoc investigation, evaluation, and interpretation of data, themes, and trends
Integrate multiple sources of data and insight into a cohesive, consultative presentation to internal clients
Help to develop insights – focus on simplistic measures of performance and providing the ‘so what’ to our internal clients
Manage large analytical projects, and help develop new reports and views of data for business stakeholders
Develop relationships with report user groups, and help to integrate analytical views into their decision-making processes
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a DEC with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency specifically in Tableau - able to generate visualizations and dashboards quickly and creatively
Working proficiency in both SQL and Python, with advanced proficiency in at least one
Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or Databricks) preferred, or skill in Google Colab (or similar tools) supplementing relational database experience
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
