• To conduct allocated tasks in accordance with published procedures, and in adherence with standardised Daily checklists.
• To manage requests & queries raised by other internal teams or external Third-Party Administrators, escalating where necessary and providing updates in a timely manner.
• To continuously review processes and procedures to ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose.
• To cover for other team members during times of absence.
• To manage on-going training for self and other team members in area of expertise.
