Basic Qualification
• Bachelors Degree/ Masters Degree- Accounting, Finance
• Experience in Oracle and/or PDI preferred
• Previous analytical experience
• Good documentation skills, with high proficiency in Microsofts Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver results while working with remote teams
• Ability to learn new technology systems i.e., PDI, etc.
• Strong work ethic based on desire to exceed expectations and self-driven to achieve results
• Fuel Analyst
• Daily processing and reconciliation of fuel and freight invoicing within fuel management software (PDI) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Daily processing and reconciliation of fuel banks drafts ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Research and resolve missing sales and tank readings
• Enter weekly Pac Pride gallon adjustments
• Download, format and reconcile daily banking file for branded fuel supplier transactions
• Ensure daily data integrity of data imports within fuel management software and assist with system maintenance
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly processes for the wholesale dealer responsibilities
• File semi-annual Ohio Fuel Shrinkage Rebate returns
• Provide accounting support to Fuel Operations and Management teams. Serve as an accounting resource for projects, issues, and questions of departments both inside and outside of finance/accounting
• General Accounting
• Utilize Oracle financial software to research and post entries to the general ledger
• Utilize ARCS financial software to prepare, analyze, and review asset and liability accounts to ensure financial requirements are met
• Prepare and analyze financial reports as requested to ensure accurate and timely information is distributed
• Assist the internal & external audit teams in the quarterly and annual audit processes
• Ad-hoc accounting projects/work
