ANALYSTE FIANCIER(ÈRE) – FP&A ET PARTENARIAT D’AFFAIRE
Relevant du Directeur FP&A et Trésorerie, tu soutiendras la planification et le suivi de la performance financière de l’entreprise. Tu participeras à l’élaboration des budgets et des prévisions, analyseras les écarts et produiras des informations financières clés pour appuyer la prise de décision.
En collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, tu assureras la rigueur des données, le respect des échéanciers et contribueras à l’amélioration continue des processus financiers. Ce rôle requiert une personne analytique, structurée et orientée vers les résultats, capable d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
CE QUE TU FERAS AU QUOTIDIEN
Élaborer et maintenir les prévisions trimestrielles et annuelles (ventes, OPEX, CAPEX).
Soutenir le processus budgétaire annuel.
Préparer les prévisions de flux de trésorerie et réaliser des analyses de scénarios.
Être responsable de la production des rapports mensuels de gestion (réel vs budget vs prévisions).
Être responsable du reporting mensuel de gestion (réel vs budget vs prévisions).
Effectuer les analyses d’écarts et expliquer les principaux facteurs d’affaires.
Développer et suivre des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour soutenir la prise de décision opérationnelle.
Analyser la rentabilité par produit, client ou ligne d’affaires.
Agir à titre de partenaire financier auprès des responsables de département.
Remettre en question les hypothèses, identifier les risques et proposer des solutions.
Participer aux rencontres de revue mensuelle avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Appuyer le Directeur dans la préparation des présentations destinées à la direction et au conseil d’administration.
Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe Comptabilité afin d’assurer l’exactitude des données.
Améliorer les modèles financiers, les outils de suivi de performance et les processus.
Automatiser et standardiser les analyses récurrentes lorsque possible.
CE QUE TU AS À OFFRIR
Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en FP&A, analyse financière ou finance corporative
Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et solides compétences en modélisation financière
Expérience en analyse de performance et en environnement corporatif ou multisite (un atout)
Esprit analytique et critique, avec la capacité de remettre en question les hypothèses d’affaires
Capacité à travailler avec des données imparfaites et dans des délais serrés
Sens de l’organisation, excellente gestion des priorités et autonomie
Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et orientation vers les solutions et l’amélioration continue
Excellentes habiletés de communication et capacité à vulgariser l’information financière
Bilinguisme français et anglais requis afin de collaborer efficacement avec des partenaires internes et externes évoluant dans un environnement bilingue

Poste permanent à temps plein (37.5 heures par semaine).
Emploi basé au siège social.
Modèle de travail hybride : trois jours en présentiel (mardi, mercredi et jeudi) et deux jours en télétravail (lundi et vendredi).

FINANCIAL ANALYST – FP&A & BUSINESS PARTNERING
Reporting to the Director, FP&A and Treasury, you will support the planning and monitoring of the company’s financial performance. You will contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and produce key financial insights to support decision-making.
In collaboration with operational teams, you will ensure data accuracy, adherence to timelines, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes. This role requires an analytical, structured, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY
Build and maintain quarterly and annual forecasts (sales, OPEX, CAPEX).
Support the annual budgeting process.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis.
Own monthly management reporting (actual vs budget vs forecast).
Perform variance analysis and explain business drivers.
Develop and track KPIs to support operational decision making.
Analyze profitability by product, customer, or business line.
Act as a finance partner to department heads.
Challenge assumptions, flag risks, and propose solutions.
Participate in month-end review meetings with different stakeholders.
Support the Director in the preparation of executive and board decks.
Work closely with accounting to ensure data accuracy.
Improve financial models, reporting tools, and processes.
Automate and standardize recurring analyses where possible.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills
Experience in performance analysis within a corporate or multi-site environment (an asset)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge business assumptions
Ability to work with imperfect data and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills, excellent prioritization abilities, and autonomy
High level of rigor, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable insights
Bilingualism in French and English required to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners operating in a bilingual environment
