Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. (www.ananyafinance.com) is a fast-growing NBFC in the impact finance space. The NBFC is looking to appoint its VP & Head-Accounts & Finance who will be part of the Senior Management. The position is based in Ahmedabad.
• JOB TITLE : Vice President - Accounts & Finance
• REPORTS DIRECTLY TO - Group CFO
• DIRECT REPORTS - Team Members - Accounts
• JOB PURPOSE - Head Accounts is responsible for all financial, Accounts Taxation, Regulatory Compliance Audit and budgetary aspects of the company.
• KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Accounts, Taxation and regulatory Compliance:
• Create and establish financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
• Ensuring accurate day to day accounting with proper control and making changes that best suits the company in a changing business environment
