Contract Opportunity for AP/AR Agent in Bartlett, IL

Summary

Join our team for a 4-month contract with a high possibility of extension. This hybrid role requires you to work in the office 3 days a week (Tues - Thurs) and remotely on Monday and Friday. The working hours are flexible between 7 am - 5 pm, based on your start time.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Enter Accounts Payable Invoices
• Match payments to invoices
• Sort incoming mail

Minimum Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work independently and quick to learn
