• Experience with AWS ML services and hardware-accelerated instances (Sagemaker, Inferentia, Trainium).">
• Proven experience building and operating AWS serverless architectures.">
• Deep understanding of event-driven processing patterns, SQS/SNS, and serverless caching solutions.">
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools.">
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.">
• Proficiency in writing good-quality and secure code and being familiar with static code analysis tools.">

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust API test automation frameworks using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts for RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Validate API responses for accuracy, performance, security, and edge cases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads to understand business requirements and backend workflows.
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and integration testing as part of CI/CD pipelines.
- Debug and analyze issues from logs, code, or test reports, and report bugs with clear documentation.
- Contribute to quality best practices, maintain test environments, and participate in code reviews when needed.
- Ensure test coverage for various backend systems that interact with booking, customer support, payments, and onboard experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5 to + years of experience in API testing and automation (REST/SOAP).
- Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, or SOAP UI).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
- Strong understanding of HTTP, JSON, XML, OAuth2, JWT, and other web service protocols.
- Experience in tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and TestNG or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API mocking tools.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce domains is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team setup.
- Willingness to work in IST afternoon shift (3:00 PM 12:00 AM).
Nice to Have :
- Exposure to performance testing of APIs using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools.
