Visual Dynamics is Brevard County's Apple Premier Partner and Authorized Apple Repair Center has a position open as an Apple Product Advocate; work day-to-day with customers, assisting them with Apple product purchases.
Join our team of Apple experts as an Apple Product Advocate. The position is in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida.
Your main job is to excite and enlighten customers about Apple products and through assistive sales, helping them find the perfect product, then completing the sale. The process will include greeting, discussing and qualifying the customer and finalizing the sales transaction with setup and configuration of their new Apple product. You'll also be educating customers about the Apple ecosystem including Macs, iPads and technologies like iCloud, and many other amazing Apple products and solutions.
Many customers need technical assistance and repairs so as an Apple Product Advocate. you'll also be performing diagnostics, tech support and checking customers in and out of service. The position includes sales floor upkeep, assisting with product ordering, product evaluations and other tasks.
The Apple Product Advocate job varies daily - if you can multi-task, this job is for you! We are open M-F from 9-6 and Sat 10-4, closed on Sunday and you will have a day off during the week. The work week is generally about 38-39 hours as Sunday we are closed.
Pay is hourly and you must meet the following requirements: Customer Facing Retail Experience is a MUST, Excellent Apple product knowledge is MUST, great researcher and excellent communicator.

You must be up-to-date with current Apple product knowledge; understand Apple Silicon vs Intel, iCloud and be familiar with at least macOS Sonoma.
