Job Description
Our enterprise systems work across a .net-based enterprise CRM and python-based website. We are looking to hire application support executives who are willing to learn the monitoring, support and resolution tools required for supporting our enterprise solutions.
You'll be a good fit for the challenge ahead if:
• You work or have previous experience in an Application Support role for at least 3-5 years.
• You are good at problem solving, making the dots connect and finding patterns
• You are open and excited to learn new processes, technologies and systems
• You can work on multiple tasks off our JIRA boards
• You enjoy resolving issues in a quick and orderly fashion
• You want to join a new team with a vibrant attitude to problem solving
• You are open to working late nights to liaise and support our teams in Americas.
PLEASE NOTE: The last point means you will be working on an overnight shift for 2 weeks on a roster-based round-robin on a regular basis.

Requirements
We are NOT looking for AppSupport who:
• Focuses on meeting ONLY SLAs, not identifying or resolving the root cause issue
• Does not put passion is what he/she does
• Is not interested in sharing
• Does not feel that, resolving problems and helping others, is their mission
• Is afraid / not interested in learning new things
We are looking for App Support Executives who:
• Understand what Application support is about.
• Are open to learning new tools, whether it be for monitoring, or database troubleshooting on SQL or Postgresql, or applications
• Are comfortable with switching between complex systems
• Are passionate about helping their users/ client; whether they are internal or external
• Can willing to listen to the users / client with the belief; where there an complaint, there is an issue
• Is a great communicator in a language of their choice, with understandable ability to communicate in English
• Want to keep learning and love sharing knowledge
• Like to communicate – in real life, and not just in Slack
