Job description
We, at Efficpro Consulting and MSPM & Associates LLP (Chartered Accountants), are looking for Commerce Graduate/ Inter-CA (dropped out)/ Inter-CS (dropped out) having minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, Income Tax, GST and Auditing at Surat, Gujarat
- The incumbent will get an opportunity to explore and work in the fields of Accountancy, Income Tax, GST, Internal Audits, Tax Audits and Consulting
- Budget: Annual CTC - 2 to 2.75 lacs depending on merits, performance during interview and relevant experience
- The position will require traveling outside Surat sometimes for the purpose of audit (short visit of 1-3 days)

Position/Profile Title: Manager – Finance Business Partner (ASPL and Subsidiaries)

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Department: Sales Finance

Grade: Manager

Age Group: 25-30 yrs

Experience: 5-8 Years

- Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant
- Essential Area of Expertise: FP& A, Supply Chain Finance
- Desired Area of Expertise: Accounts Receivable Management

Critical/Special Exposure: Good in numbers, analytics, Supply Chain Finance

Internal Interface: Supply Chain, Sales Team, FP& A team, Auditors & Controllership team.

Reporting to: GM- Finance (Business Partner)

Roles and Responsibility

- Strong Analytics in terms of cost incurred, efficiencies, root cause analysis of each cost element.
- Manage Financial Business Partnering with internal stakeholders like Supply Chain, Business Team etc.
- Manage Supply Chain Cost in terms of timely cost booking, provisioning, Budgeting and variance analysis, providing inputs to management to improve efficiency and profitability, agreements with Vendors and variance if any in actual cost.
- Commercial evaluation of Supply Chain cost right from stage of agreements till reporting and justification with change in business pattern/ product mix/ rates.
- Perform Month-end close process and timely monthly financial statements.
- Inventory analysis- aged Inventory, near expiry, inventory carrying cost etc. and suggest corrective action.
- Analysis of organizational cost optimization e.g. loading efficiency, cost benefit analysis on holding Vs. discounting etc.
- Submission of monthly stock statements and other financial reporting data.
- Secondly he/ she will also be looking for Non-South East Asia International Business Finance Partnering, reporting & analysis of Accounts Receivables and other MIS for management decision making like analysis of Average Revenue per unit etc.
- Hands on experience on MS office, Power BI, worked in SAP environment.
