This role requires daily action, persistence and results. You’ll be the first voice business owners hear from Performia, and your job is to fill CEO’s calendar with qualified, motivated prospects.
After your initial training, you will -
Make outbound calls (80+/day), have 15+ real conversations
Progressively increase your results so you are booking 10 new appointments per week, with at least 7 kept weekly.
Call warm leads, inactive clients, referrals, and self-generated prospects
Accurately update CRM, set follow-up tasks, and keep pipeline alive
Support the CEO with pre- and post-meeting follow-ups
