2 positions x 35 hours per week

Temporary for 24 months

Your role:

This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn! You can grow your knowledge and skills in a variety of different placements throughout our Inhouse support services to help build your experience in Health & Social Care. You will be a part of a team supporting our customers with different levels of needs and abilities with everyday life skills depending on the service area providing support at mealtimes, carrying out general housekeeping duties and activities inhouse and offsite. Helping you become a confident support worker, all while gaining a national recognised qualification!

About you:

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and motivated. Have a positive approach with good communication skills. Have compassion and a caring nature. Have an eagerness to learn, a drive to succeed and be willing to develop your skills and knowledge. Work with an asset based approach with the ability to work with own initiative and work well within a team. Be flexible to the needs of the service which may include working evenings and weekends. GCSE’s 9-4 in Maths & English or equivalent (desirable but not essential) and the ability to complete the relevant apprenticeship qualification.
