What You'll Be Doing

As our Director of Partnerships, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing Tower's partnership strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer, you'll lead a high-performing team to drive sustainable growth, build scalable distribution models, and deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences.

Your Impact Will Include:

Leading the strategic direction and operational execution of Tower's Partnerships function.
Creating and growing market-leading insurance distribution partnerships powered by digital and data platforms.
Building strong relationships with key partners, co-creating solutions that drive mutual success.
Collaborating across Customer Hubs, Claims, and Technology to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Championing a customer-first mindset and using insights to enhance partner value.
Driving innovation and challenging the status quo to future-proof our business.
Communicating performance and strategic initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards including the FMC Act.
What You'll Need to Succeed

You're a commercially astute senior leader with a passion for partnerships and a proven track record of driving growth. You bring:

8-10+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally within large, complex environments.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
Deep understanding of the insurance industry, customer experience, and regulatory frameworks.
Advanced negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic planning, project management, and operational execution expertise.
A results-driven mindset and adaptability to change.
