About the Role
As an APS4 Planner, you'll engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and resolving moderately complex enquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering information from participants and planning partners, either by phone or in person, to support high-quality planning and evidence-based decisions.
Applying relevant policies, guidelines, and legislation to make funding decisions that complement informal, community, and mainstream supports.
Collaborating with participants and their representatives to identify current and future support needs and options.
Coordinating with key stakeholders, including Partners in the Community, to deliver services.
Addressing issues and complaints related to participant plans.
Managing administrative tasks and data entry for participant records.
Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
About You
Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and time management.
Ability to manage multiple participant records efficiently.
