Job Description
The ICT Service Delivery function delivers critical support services to ensure the effective management of ICT goods and services, monitoring contract renewals in collaboration with contract managers and vendor performance under relevant ICT sourcing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialist procurement and contract support for ICT services.
Track contract renewals and license consumption.
Facilitate new procurements in collaboration with the procurement team.
Monitor vendor performance under ICT sourcing contracts.
Requirements
Desirable qualifications: experience in procurement and contract management.
