About DNV Business Assurance
• Deliver third-party audits of SA 8000 on behalf of DNV as an APSCA Part 3 qualified team leader.
• Interact directly with customers at all levels of management to develop timely, complete and accurate reports of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system.
• Document and report audit activities and results, including SAI Tool Reporting.
• Timely approve reports and issue certificates.
• Manage key customers.
• Support the sales team on technical aspects.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
• Maintain audit credentials and pursue advancement of those credentials as needed.
The role involves working on technically challenging and innovative projects worldwide, requiring a broad variety of expertise. You will engage in projects that develop next-generation solutions and contribute to advancing safety and performance.
The ideal candidate has:
• APSCA Level 3 qualification and experience as a CSCA lead auditor in SA 8000.
• Engineering degree with at least 8-10 years of industry experience.
• Rich experience in social compliance auditing.
• Lead auditor qualifications in any combination of QMS (9001), EMS (14001), OHSMS (45001), EnMS (50001) are an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy and MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in additional languages is an added advantage.
