Qualifications
1+ years of AR experience
Experience with MCO payments (Managed care organization)
Experience with Point Click Care
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a high proficiency in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
This is a direct hire role with our client
Track and report A/R balances for company
Work with leadership on the monthly billing process
Assist accounting and finance team with posting deposit entries
Audit and post A/R Late fees
Complete monthly requisition of certain payments
Process county payments to resident ledgers
Produce Bad Debt chart monthly for financial report
Enter deposits into software for company sites
