Access Healthcare, a leading Healthcare Organisation, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as AR Callers - EV, for our US Health Insurance Voice Process.
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to work as an AR callers in our US Health Insurance Voice Process. As an AR callers, you will be responsible for making outbound and Inbound calls to resolve Payment issues and ensure timely settlements
Responsibilities:
- To handle outbound and Inbound calls based on the process
- Update records and maintain accurate documentation
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
_ For Freshers : Graduation or HSC with minimum 6 months of work experience in Customer Support (on papers)
- Good English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (5:30 pm - 2:30 am and 6:30 pm - 3:30 am)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
