About the Role:
As an Area Business Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in all segments across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead Jio centre teams in the area to achieve business objectives and targets.
Set strategic direction to enhance customer base and revenue growth in all segments.
Optimize cost and productivity of the area to ensure maximum efficiency.
Drive focus on sales and service delivery excellence across the region.
Ensure smooth operations in the area to achieve high network quality standards.
Identify opportunities to proactively enhance the business and implement new initiatives.
Visit markets and customers to gather feedback on products and services.
Skill Sets Required:
Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including profit and loss statements.
Cross-functional expertise with excellent project management skills.
Effective problem-solving skills with ability to lead teams and drive results.
Excellent business development skills with strategic thinking and target orientation.
A strong educational background, preferably with a graduation degree and an MBA.
