About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and safety-driven Window Cleaning Area Controller to oversee high-rise window cleaning operations across the San Francisco and Sacramento service area. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of high-rise systems and a proven track record managing field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, monitor, and optimize daily high-rise window cleaning schedules
Supervise and support technicians, ensuring all safety and quality standards are consistently met
Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and equipment checks (BMU, boom lift, stage systems)
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for field staff
Manage client relationships, address service concerns, and ensure timely project completion
Maintain detailed operational records, compliance documentation, and service reports
Work closely with management to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of high-rise window cleaning experience
Hands-on experience with Boom Lifts, BMU systems, and Stage/Rope Access systems
At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of safety regulations, fall protection, and high-rise procedures
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to clear government background checks and meet all security requirements
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay: $35.00 per hour
