Job Description
Attending various courts/Tribunals/Forums as POA Holder of the company Filing of EPs/cases U/s 138/criminal cases/sec +/sec.17 before various courts Arranging Lok Adalat camps/conciliation camps to support resolution Support to be extended to Business/Recovery team for execution of warrants/attachments
Arranging interim relief of attachment/arrest in EP cases.
Understanding the business requirements and to plan the activity for the month.
Completing the planned activity within the TAT and reporting to the reporting manager.
Attending customer issues created in the Branch related to Business.
The employee will have to do warrant execution , customer visit , disposal loss recovery & support the departments
