The Ideal Candidate should have the following skill and work experience.
The Ideal candidate be the one with good insight into HomeLoan, LAP and other secured business loans. He should have the ability to set-up and expand the Legal assessment processes operations. Should be well connected within the Industry and resourceful enough to build and lead a team of legal managers across Different locations from scratch. Should be technically sound abt the changing landscape of FinTech play in the area.
Should be Law graduate, preferable with bar association membership.
Tech Skills
Thorough understanding of Legal evaluation process and frame work for Secured Leding operations for retail and business segment
Should be well versed with different type of property titles across, urban and rural areas
Understands the legal risk of assessment based portfolio being created and how to safeguard lender interest. Opinion drafting experience is an added advantage
Fair understanding of. legal agency appointment and management
Experience:
Should have or presently working with BANKs/ HFC/ NBFCs
8-10 Yrs of work experience
Should be managing a state or multiple states depending upon the size of lending institution and their Geographic presence
Should be managing a team of Area managers, managers legal and Drafters etc.
