Position Overview:

As Area Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our business, from setting sales and operational strategies to developing robust relationships with customers and team members. You’ll be the driving force in creating a culture of success, teamwork, and safety, while ensuring that Truly Nolen’s Core Values shine through every action. Your leadership will shape the future of the business and elevate our services to new heights. $90k+ DOE



What You'll Do:

Drive Strategy & Growth: Set and implement the sales and operational strategy across all areas.
Build Relationships: Enhance relationships with customers, prospects and internal teams to foster growth and success.
Operational Leadership: Develop and refine the infrastructure ensuring operational efficiency.
Safety First: Instill a culture of safety within the team and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Creative Problem Solving: Tackle complex or recurrent issues, providing innovative solutions to keep things moving smoothly.
Lead with Purpose: Inspire, motivate, and coach your team, creating a culture of collaboration and success.
Train & Develop: Provide leadership and sales training for team members and new hires.
Recruit & Build: Recruit, hire, and train managers and supervisors to support the growth of the business.
Accountability: Ensure your team meets sales and operational objectives and hold team members accountable.
Provide Resources: Ensure all team members have the necessary tools (vehicles, equipment, etc.) to do their job effectively.
Reporting: Generate insightful reports for both executive and field levels.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
What You’ll Bring:

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to teach, inspire, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
Sales & Relationship Building: Proven experience in sales and building long-lasting relationships.
Operational Excellence: A sharp focus on operations, planning, and managing production.
Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and the ability to find innovative solutions to challenges.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with basic math and measurement skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
Certifications: Have or obtain appropriate federal, state, and local certifications and approvals for yourself and your team.

A strong critical thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Able to hold team members accountable and manage conflict effectively.
A natural problem solver with the ability to develop individuals and grow the team.
