This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that involves regular travel within your region and occasional visits to Head Office (Auckland). Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, nurture strategic relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Most importantly, you’ll inspire and empower your teams to make a real difference in the lives of those we support. Your mission? To enable service users to live their best lives while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and respect within the team, where every member feels valued, heard, and supported.

This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to build on existing services and understands the unique dynamics of delivering Home and Community Care. A solid grasp of the current challenges in the sector, and what it takes to meet diverse needs while upholding equity and quality standards, will set you apart. Just as importantly, you’ll bring strong commercial and operational acumen, ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional service delivery.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams or services, ideally within homecare, health, or community sectors.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people, operational, and financial priorities.
Relationship-building expertise, fostering positive, supportive connections across diverse teams and communities.
Agility and resilience, confident in navigating complex challenges while keeping quality and equity front of mind.
Passion for client-centred care and a commitment to creating a positive, empowering workplace culture.
