Looking candidate for Team Handling profile (SSM/Area Manager) from Health Insurance sales domain with excellent knowledge of sales for our Health Vertical.
Job Description:
To drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
1. Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread. 2. Ensure the Team meets potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments. 3. Ensure the Team Services the Existing POS to drive sales growth.
4. Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
5. Ensure the team targets are met- New Channel Onboarding, Target achievement, Channel Retention, Business Premium.
Locations:
Delhi, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Lucknow & Kolkata.
