Job Description
To work as head for the branch and generate revenues with optimum utilization of available resources and would also be responsible for building the team of development managers and PFA's, motivating, mentoring and guiding the team.
• To Achieve the desired revenue targets and persistency targets for the branch
• To recruit effective and efficient team of DM's and PFA;s
• To Handle first level Complaints of Employee, PFA, Policy Holders
• To Maintain the desired Login vs Issuance Rate
• To Maintain the desired PFA activation rate and percentage of club qualifiers
• To Plan for daily, monthly and yearly activities
• To Conduct and Monitor branch activities on daily basis.
• To provide Training and inputs to the team.
• To maintain the desired product mix
• To Interact with senior management for resolution of critical issues.
• To Advise the agency force with regular updates
