Responsibility
What will you be responsible for:
You will be responsible for driving sales growth of our hematology-related products within a designated territory. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, executing effective sales strategies, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Specifically the activities will be:
Promoting and selling hematology products to oncology and hematology healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and private practices; building and maintaining relationships with hematologists, oncologists, pathologists, pharmacists, and lab personnel; educating healthcare providers on product benefits and usage; executing territory business plans; planning and reporting sales activities using CRM tools; staying current on disease state knowledge, competitive landscape, and healthcare regulations.
Experience
What requirements are we looking for?
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; 4-6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry, with hematology or oncology experience strongly preferred; a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
