Job Description
Responsibilities / Knowledge:
• Manage & achieve sales volume, value & growth Targets of a single Depot through a team of frontline Sales personnel.
• Tracking competition activities and local market trend.
• Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
• Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.
• Should have experience in sales of construction chemicals and adapt easily to new SCM Tools
Looking for 7 -12 years of core experience in construction chemical, waterproofing, adhesive etc. with qualification of graduation + MBA specialization in Marketing
Industry Preference: Preferably in the paints or Building Material industry
Personality Trait Requirements:
• Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
• Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.
• Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship
• Sound analytical skill and a Team Player
