Job Description
In charge of Sales Division - in the given territory :
• Monitor & achieve Value / Volume target.
• Set dealerwise monthly target.
• Monitor achievement of sales value & volume targets.
• Keeping good relationship with Dealers and Large Accounts.
• Responsible for submission of consolidated claims within stipulated timelines after proper checking & due authorization and follow up on pending claim issues (if any).
• Monitor new product launches.
• Manage and develop Key accounts by reviewing his performance on his business in favour of the company.
• Participate in appointment of Dealer in New Markets.
• New dealership appointment where there is market gap.
• Solve trade queries / problems & build relationship.
Job Responsibilities :
• MBA FROM PREMIER B-SCHOOL ONLY PREFERRED
• Able to handle a large team .
• Should have a Current or Earlier work experience in Paint Industry.
• Should have a Current or Earlier work experience in Paint Industry.
• Should be from any of the trade like Paint / Lubricant / Adhesive / Lighting / Wall putty / Cement / C.D.
