Position: Area Sales Manager - Term Loan

Location: Surat
Key Purpose of the Job: The role holder is responsible for the achievement of sales targets and conversion of leads to customers at a Area location.
Education Qualification / Skill sets required:
• Graduate / Post graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing
• Must have prior experience of 5 - 10 years in Term Loan or Loan Against Property
• Must have good knowledge of the locale
• Good Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales at the branch/area location
• Build, manage and promote relationship with DSAs in order to generate new customer leads
• Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch
• Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
• Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch
