o Width – Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run
Routes
o Depth – Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS
● Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography
assigned
● Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets
● Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales
Manager on monthly basis

● Lower Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 5+ Years of Experience in FMCG
industry
● Graduate with 8+ Years of Experience
● Minimum of Two FMCG Organization Experience
● Is a TSI in the current organization or has been a TSI in Current Minus One organization/role
