Job Description
Managing a team of Executives/Officers/Sr. Officers (Front line sales)
Increase penetration & support in growing market share through frontline sales team
To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
Acquiring more customers through Digital & Rural channel
Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing
Managing the team of executives w.r.t. compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits
Resolution of customer complaints
Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & HO for final approval
Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales teams
Maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team
Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
Update Regional Manager on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalate the issues to them
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of on roll experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking in Dealer driven financing
