Sr. Specialist
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Job Summary
As part of the ‘AI Works team, responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML-based solutions across core business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business processes, collect and integrate data from various data sources to be used for building AI/ML solutions
Liaison and collaborate with different business stakeholders and back-end engineering teams to develop, test and deploy AI-based solutions
Perform data analysis, and data discovery to find meaningful and actionable business insights and discuss such data-driven stories with business teams
Work with both structured and unstructured data to develop solutions leveraging all kinds of AI techniques (primarily leveraging Python)
Work with technology and deployment teams to enable cloud solution deployment and integration across various core business systems
Work towards standardizing back-end AI/ML solution pipelines leveraging MLOps
Work with AI team members to solve technical problems and guide them through solution building
Assist the project leader with project management of AI/ML projects to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery through day-to-day monitoring of progress
Create frameworks and tools to monitor solution performance, and suggest measures for improvement and possible enhancements from time to time.
