About The Position
We are looking for highly competent HR professional with 5-10 years of experience in Human Resource and will be responsible for :
• Managing end to end recruitment- sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, follow-ups across all verticals of the hiring process.
• Work closely with senior leadership and mid-level managers to serve as a board on talent acquisition and management.
• Consulting with leaders and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentor the HR team across HR Ops, Compliance, policies and processes to ensure an effective people centric working team.
• Assist in the coordination of Training and Induction Program for new hires.
• Manage employee life cycle: Onboarding, Employee engagement, LMS, Performance management.
• Provide input on HR strategy, act as the HR champion and advocate for all HR matters with. Develop a shared services approach for HR with a bias towards leveraging technology and shifting lower level
administrative and transactional work from HR to tech/systems.
• Support current and future organisational needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Nurture a positive working environment with focus on culture.
• Should be responsible for updating and drafting important documents such as job descriptions, Employee Handbook, forms, SOP, performance appraisal Letters, etc
The successful applicant will have the following qualities / experience :
• Masters in human resources management
• Proven experience in Talent Mapping, Research and Competitive Intelligence
• Strong understanding of the organisational HR policies to impart the correct message to the employees.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion.
• Outstanding relationship management skills and experience of building strong relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills articulate and numerate
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with recruitment trends.
• Self-motivated and multitasking individual possessing sound communication, coordination, administration, interpersonal and team management skills.
