Qualifications
8+ years of experience and proficient in AS400 development with expertise in RPG and Cobol with good concepts of DB2
2-4 years of Experience in workflow tools such as SS&C AWD
Should be able to interact with client technical contacts as well as business users, strong analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the Technical Stack
Experience in an Agile based development environment
Bachelor s degree in an IT or business discipline, or equivalent education experience
Experience in: Mainframe, AS400, Cobol Training and or exposure to business systems analysis
AWD Business Process Modeling (BPM) experience Excellent written oral communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within deadlines
Attention to detail and results oriented
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Problem-solving and technical communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines
