The Opportunity:
9 months (parental leave cover)
Full time (hybrid)
This role will be a mix of work from home and in-office
Geelong

About You:
You have very strong in-house general commercial experience
You have experience with the provision of commercial contract reviews, negotiation and general commercial advice
You are comfortable liaising with internal and external clients and preparing internal briefings and/or general commercial advises across the organisation
You have the ability to work autonomously as well as within the legal team, and at a high professional standard, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You are flexible, adaptable and have the ability to fit in with existing and well-established work practices
You are a team player
You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast-paced team
You have a minimum of 5 years' PQE
You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
