About You:

You have strong legal experience in oil and gas
You have regulatory and/or competition law experience
You have experience working on upstream and downstream contracts
You have experience reviewing marketing material
You have experience and the ability to co-ordinate responses to ACCC notices
You have experience providing legal guidance, risk assessments, review and respond to voluntary requests
You are comfortable with assisting with occasional project work
You are comfortable being on the tools and undertaking BAU work
You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
